Raise your hand if you dislike ripping seams! I’m there with you. I’ve even, on occasion, been known to rip seams with a rotary cutter (which is so unsafe). But maybe I just needed the right seam ripper — and I love this gorgeous wooden seam ripper from EvanPDesigns.
This seam ripper (I have the camphor color), fits so comfortable in you hand, and it has a little weight to it for complete control. And I love the wood. It feels so sophisticated!
I also love that the blade pulls out and fits inside the handle, so you don’t have to worry about losing a cap. Bonus: the store also sells replacement blades in case yours gets dull.
A metal clip on the bottom allows you to hook the seam ripper on a notebook, sewing tote, or your shirt while you’re sewing. Shop the seam ripper here.
By the way, that cute seam ripper artwork is a free printable from Crafter Hours. Grab it here!
Thanks for joining me for “happy hour,”
