We move in less than a month and many of our belongings are packed up, but I’m keeping my fabric and sewing supplies out as long as possible so I can keep up with my hexagons. As part of celebrating a year in my life, I’m making a hexagon to describe each day! (You can read more about this project here.)
Here’s a little description of what each hexagon means (start in the middle, move to the coffee hexagon and move clockwise):
Day 155: Lots of packing today. It’s crazy seeing everything you own fit into some boxes.
Day 156: It’s the Monday after Daylight Savings — send more coffee!
Day 157: After years of waiting, Season 2 of my favorite female superhero show came out. Catch Jessica Jones on Netflix if you haven’t yet!
Day 158: It was so nice out today that we took a walk! Still a little snow on the ground, but green grass and flowers are peeking through!
Day 159: Big work accomplishment today! I finally got printed patterns onto our online store, APQShop.com.
Day 160: Took the day off of work to sew and relax! Really needed a break from life.
Day 161: Went on a staff quilt retreat! I promise a wrap-up post soon!
Here’s a little description of what each hexagon means (start in the middle, move to the dark blue hexagon and move clockwise):
Day 162: This hexagon is exactly how hungry I was today.
Day 163: My husband started a new job today as a school outreach coordinator at a music store!
Day 164: First day of spring!
Day 165: Feeling very positive today and am trying my best to radiate good energy!
Day 166: Another beautiful day on the books! I could get used to this!
Day 167: So much cleaning and packing today!
Day 168: Rainy and gloomy day.
I’ll update my hexagon progress every week or two! And I’ll be using the hashtag #lindsayhexies29 on Instagram to share pictures.
Thanks for joining me for “happy hour,”
