As part of celebrating a year in my life, I’m making a hexagon to describe each day! (You can read more about this project here.)
Here’s a little description of what each hexagon means (start in the middle, move to the turtle hexagon and move clockwise):
Day 169: With the move, we’ve had a lot of moving parts and to-do lists — things are finally coming together!
Day 170: Slow and steady wins the race (work and life!)
Day 171: After a stressful month, things are looking up!
Day 172: Hosted a fun party at work for my well-deserving co-workers!
Day 173: Had a business meeting at Mars Cafe.
Day 174: Replanted some house plants and prepped them for the move!
Day 175: We bunny hopped north to visit my in-laws for Easter.
Here’s a little description of what each hexagon means (start in the middle, move to the clock hexagon and move clockwise):
Day 176: Happy Easter! Had a great brunch and day of relaxation.
Day 177: Monday always comes so soon, and there’s not enough time in the day.
Day 178: Rainy day. Still waiting for nice spring weather.
Day 179: I’ve been spending lots of time on Pinterest pinning home decor, DIY projects, and design ideas for the new home.
Day 180: Made my first T-shirt quilt with help from a dear friend. Pics soon!
Day 181: Spent the night drinking wine and making a delicious lasagna with the hubby.
Day 182: After two years, I’ve finished The Splendid Sampler quilt! See pics here.
I’ll update my hexagon progress every week or two! And I’ll be using the hashtag #lindsayhexies29 on Instagram to share pictures.
Thanks for joining me for “happy hour,”
